Parent Information

1. Every competitor must be accompanied by a parent or adult chaperone.

2. As in all Stoa Tournaments, parents are expected to fulfill their judging requirements.

3. At the tournament there will be daily required announcements and devotionals for all students.

4. All parents are required to attend Judge Orientation before judging if you have not yet been through Judge Orientation during the 2023-24 competition season. Judge Orientation will be offered before each round in the room adjacent to the Judge's Hospitality Room.

5. All parents should report to the Ballot Push table in the Judge's Hospitality Room 20-15 minutes prior to each debate round to assure that all judging slots are filled.

6. If you have a unique circumstance that does not allow you to fulfill the above requirements, then please email us at: [email protected].

7. Parents & Chaperones must give to the people at our Judge Greet table the signed Medical Release forms for their students available from the Tab on the left of this website. In order to meet the judging needs, each out-of-town chaperone can only cover 3 students (including their own children).

8. As a thank you for parents fulfilling your judging requirements, Ambassador Club invites you to eat all your meals each day in Judge Hospitality at no cost to you.

We hope you all enjoy being in Middle Tennessee and you and your students will have a great tournament!
