Family Cap: Ambassadors for Christ Music City Match Tournament is also offering a Family Cap discount. If your student fees exceed $325 you will receive an automatic $25 off. We never want money to be a reason a family cannot attend. If your family is experiencing hardships, please contact the Tournament Director. Meals are not included under this cap.

Refunds: Except for major illnesses confirmed by a physician's note, there will be no refunds after registration closes. In addition, there will be a $10 drop fee if an event is dropped after registration ends. Drops create a domino effect of extra work for staff because they affect room allocation, judging needs, awards orders, and the awards ceremony.
